  1. Standard Shipping: This is our main shipping option, delivered by FedEx or DHL. Depending on the destination, orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive within the following timeframes:
    • Western Europe and North America: 3-5 business days
    • Asia: 2-5 business days
    • Other regions: 4-7 business days
  2. Customer-Provided Shipping: If you have your own preferred shipping provider or freight forwarder, we can ship your order to the designated location within our service area. For this option, we will only charge the domestic shipping cost to the specified location. Any subsequent shipping fees or charges beyond that point will be the responsibility of the customer, and to be negotiated directly with the freight forwarder. Once the order is delivered to the designated location, we will no longer be responsible for any further logistics or liability.

During the online checkout process, you can select the standard shipping option and view the corresponding shipping rates based on your delivery location.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates for the standard shipping option are based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For customer-provided shipping, we will only charge the domestic shipping cost to the designated location within our service area. Any additional fees or charges beyond that point will be the responsibility of the customer to negotiate with the freight forwarder. Our customer service team will provide you with the estimated domestic shipping cost during the offline discussion.

Handling Time

Except for custom-made orders, we process all orders within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the order. This means that your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the order being placed.

For custom-made orders, the handling time may vary depending on the complexity of the request. Our customer service team will provide you with an estimated timeline during the order process.

Shipping Policies

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your delivery. For customer-provided shipping, the tracking information will be provided by your selected shipping provider.
  • Undelivered Packages: If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being available, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to resolve the issue, the package will be returned to us, and you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Damages and Returns: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you with a replacement or a refund. Our returns policy allows for returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
