User Account
Each customer can create only one registered account by default for safety and security. Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. Certain countries request that the consignee submit their ID or passport to clear the package or for payment verification purposes. The customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide us. Should any information be incorrect and prevent shipment, deliveries, or customs clearance, we will not hold responsible and will not offer any compensation in such cases. Order Acceptance

Packing
Unless otherwise provided, Our Company will comply only with its minimum packing standards for the method of transportation selected. The buyer will pay the cost of all special packing, loading, or bracing requested by the buyer. The buyer shall pay for all costs of packing and shipment for the buyer’s special equipment.
Transportation
Unless otherwise specified, our company will choose FedEx, UPS, DHL and other express companies as the carrier according to the customer’s choice. In any case, our company will not bear the delay and other consequences caused by the customer’s choice.
Payment Terms
The discount applies only to the invoiced value of the goods (not to taxes or freight charges). Our Company reserves the right to require advance payment or satisfactory security for the goods if the buyer’s financial condition so warrants as determined by Our Company. For example, suppose the buyer fails to make payment in accordance with the terms of this agreement or any collateral agreement or fails to comply with any provisions hereof. In that case, Our Company may cancel any unshipped portion of this order at its option (and in addition to other remedies). The buyer is to remain liable for all unpaid accounts.

Taxes And Duties
Prices do not include taxes. Customers are responsible for paying applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees your local Customs charged; your country collects these fees.
Please note that once the goods enter the country, the carrier pays any duties and taxes due on your behalf. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest time. Then, the goods are released to you only if you repay the duties and taxes that were paid by the carriers.
Return Of Products
Goods can be returned in 30 days without no reason. Size wrong items and quality problem items can be exchanged. Customers returning goods are responsible for freight charges.
Force Majeure
Our Company shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations resulting directly or indirectly from or contributed to by acts of God; acts of buyer, civil or military authority, including wage and price controls; fires; war; riot; delays in transportation; lack of or inability to obtain raw materials (including energy sources), components, labor, fuel or supplies; or other circumstances beyond Our Company’s reasonable control, whether similar or dissimilar to the previous. If certain quantities are affected, and others are not, the quantities affected shall be eliminated without liability, but the agreement shall remain unaffected. During the shortage of raw materials caused by any of the above reasons, our Company may distribute its supply of goods to each client in such manner as the Company considers fair and reasonable. In no event shall Our Company be liable for special or consequential damages for any delay for any cause. This clause is governed by the law of the place where the infringement act takes place, without considering the conflict of legal provisions. Accordingly, each side of this clause bears the court’s exclusive jurisdiction where the infringement act is located.
